Made of over one and a half tons of Ural silver at the St. Petersburg Mint by Russian and foreign artists including: Louis Caravaque; Georg Christoph Groot; Alberto Giani; Giambattista Giani; Mikhail Makhayev; and silversmiths Pyotr Andreyev; Andrey Afanasev; and Ivan Bespalov.
