Andrei Ivanovich STAKENSCHNEIDER (1802-1865): The room once served as a guest room. The columns are of porphyritic stone; jasper; and gilt. The walls have lapis lazuli and marble inlays. The doors are decorated in the Boulle technique (inlay with tortoise-shell and copper). The oval medallion over the door is a portrait of a field marshal.
