Karen STARK (act. 1940-1970): The gown on the left was worn by Pat Nixon at the presidential inauguration of Richard M. Nixon in 1969. It was designed by Karen Stark for Harvey Berin; New York City. The gown with fur was worn by Lady Bird Johnson at the inauguration of Lyndon B. Johnson in 1965. It was designed by John Moore of New York City for Neiman Marcus of Dallas (Texas).
