ETHIOPIAN Anonymous: The crosses of the two abbots are 14th century whiole the one of Emperor Yohannes was made between1667and1682. The dates of 1659-1674 shown above are from the Ethiopian religious calendar which did not switch from the Julian to the Gregorian calendar as did the west.
