The internship experience provides students with an opportunity to gain work experience in their professional area(s) of interest. The purpose of the internship seminar is to provide students with an opportunity to develop professionally by (a) reflecting on their internship experience, (b) applying what they are learning in the classroom to a professional setting, and (c) developing basic professional skills.
