Benjamin Henry LATROBE (1766 - 1820): The painting is Surrender of General Burgoyne by John Trumbull (1817). The sculptures are Abraham Lincoln (by Vinnie Ream); Ulysses S. Grant; and Thomas Jefferson. The sculptural relief is Preservation of Captain Smith by Pocahontas 1606 by Antonio Capellano (1825).
