ETRUSCAN Anonymous: This is one of two friezes that survived from two sides of a cippus that originally probably contained at least three decorated sides. The relief dispays a scene of games and features four judges seated on a platform; an athlete holding a long pole; a flutist; a dancer holding a pair of clappers; and an armed warrior. The frieze that decorates the other side (not show) displays a chariot race. The scenes represented probably allude to funeral games.
