Map reads "To Be Sold at Public Auction at Musical Hall, at 12 M. on Monday Sep. 26th 1859, By H.A. COBB and R.H. SINTON, Real Estate Auctioneers, H.S. Brown, Proprietor." Precita Park came with the subdivisions here called Precita Place. As part of the same sale, however, they were selling lots along Mission Street on the left, and Bayview Street on the right.
