The bar on the corner, Stan's, added on to the front yard of the corner Victorian. Before it was Stan's, it was called Luke's, and it opened early to accommodate the night shift finishing at St. Luke's Hospital. Compare to next slide from 2012; Stan's is replaced by Clooney's and street trees have been planted. The second building, with a window shop sign, is not set back as would normally be the case for Victorians. Some others down the block have a similar footprint.
