The sheet metal factory is 1452 Valencia Street, owned by I. L. Greenblat. See next slide for a view in 2012 where there is a large street tree in front of a pilates studio. The Stick style Victorian to the right has had its windows changed and most details stripped. The building on the right is 1442-1446 Valencia Street.
