NEO-BABYLONIAN Anonymous (625 BCE - 539 BCE): These clay impressions of the carved tablet were placed over the face of the stone for its protection. One was made by King Nabu-apla-iddina (9th c. BCE) and the other is a replacement made by King Nabopolassar (625-605 BCE).
