In the middle of the photo is the Highway 101, both northbound and southbound, on a light traffic day. In the foreground are the various off-ramps from the Highway 101 freeway. The hill seen beyond is Potrero Hill, with a water tower at the very top, which by 2015 has been removed because it was deemed unsafe in the event of an earthquake. On the upper right, the larger building is the Potrero Hill Health Clinic servicing public housing. See slide from 1991 for comparison.
