At the bottom of the slide are both lanes of Highway 101, north and south bound. On the right side is the beginning of an industrial area with a prominent gas storage tank owned by Pacific Gas and Electric. The last street separating Potrero Hill from the industrial area is 26th Street, which will later be filled with loft apartments on the very steep slopes. The East Bay Hills are almost obscured, as is a small part of the San Francisco Bay. The smokestack in the distance was most likely owned by Pacific Gas and Electric.
