At the left was the Nissan Used Car Lot, then an Italianate building at 1312 Valencia Street. Next is 1308 Valencia Street, which was a stripped, blue, Stick-style building. The brown building at 1304/1306 Valencia Street is a 3-story modern building, probably from the 1940s. The corner building is 4 stories with 17 units. The ground floor tenant has been the Valencia Grocery since 1988. See previous slide for a view from 1988.
